5×4 Bench Press @ 80-90% 1 RM; Perform new set every 2:00

Write your own 20 min+ workout

5×4 Strict Press @ 80-90% 1 RM

7×1 Hang Snatch @ 80-90% 1 RM; Perform new set every 1:30
