Level 1: Plank Walking Feet to Downward Dog
1) Set up in plank position
2) Walk feet to downward dog
Look to move to next level once 10 reps are completed with good form and relative ease.
Level 2: Plank Hopping Feet to Downward Dog
1) Set up in plank position
2) Hop feet to downward dog
Look to move to next level once 10 reps are completed with good form and relative ease.
Level 3: Press to Handstand From Elevated Surface
1) Set up feet in straddle on elevated surface
2) Press to handstand as much as possible
3) Lower elevation as you are able to complete movement proficiently
Progressively move to next level by lowering elevated surface.
Level 4: Straddle Press to Handstand
1) Stack hips over hands and move feet towards hands.
2) Press through hands to lift feet through straddle into handstand.
Look to move to next level once 3 reps are completed with good form and relative ease.
Level 5: Tuck Press to Handstand
1) Stack hips over hands and move feet towards hands.
2) Press through hands to lift feet through tuck into handstand.
Look to move to next level once 3 reps are completed with good form and relative ease.
Level 6: Pike Press to Handstand
1) Stack hips over hands and move feet towards hands.
2) Press through hands to lift feet through pike into handstand.
Look to move to next level once 3 reps are completed with good form and relative ease.
Level 7: Stalder Press to Handstand
1) Sit in straddle and press against hands into support.
2) Pull hips to sky while maintaining straddle.
3) Finish in handstand.
Do as many reps as possible with good form and relative ease.
