Level 1: Plank Hand Lifts
1) Set up in plank position
2) Pick up one hand at a time from the ground.
Level 2: Plank Shoulder Touches
1) Set up in plank position
2) Pick up hands to touch shoulders–alternate left hand then right hand.
Level 3: Downward Dog Shoulder Touches
1) Set up in downward dog
2) Pick up hands to touch shoulders–alternate left hand then right hand.
Level 4: Shoulder Touches with Feet on Box
1) Set up feet on box
2) Walk hands as close to the box as possible
3) Pick up hands to touch shoulders–alternate left hand then right hand.
Level 5: Shoulder Touches Against Wall
1) Kick up into handstand against wall.
2) Pick up hands to touch shoulders–alternate left hand then right hand.
Level 6: Freestanding Shoulder Touches
1) Kick up into freestanding handstand
2) Pick up hands to touch shoulders–alternate left hand then right hand.
